In keeping with Dr. St. Matthew-Daniel’s mission to provide our patients with the best dental care in the most compassionate, supportive, and nurturing manner possible, we would like to offer an alternative solution to those who are uninsured and unable to afford dental insurance or even regular dental checkups. Our new Dental Savings Plan is a cost-saving plan that is easy to obtain and ensures the same excellent dental care that we consistently provide to all our patients. Treatment with our Dental Savings Plan requires no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and absolutely no waiting periods.
Our Affordable Dental Savings Plan Includes the Following Annual Services
- Two preventive dental visits with general cleaning (or apply the cost of a general cleaning towards periodontal therapy), a fluoride application, and a doctor’s exam with a basic set of X-rays
- Save an additional 15%-20% discount on ALL in-office dental procedures
Guidelines for Our Dental Savings Plans
- Family members, including spouse and dependent children under the age of 26, are eligible for our Dental Savings Plan
- All membership fees and any additional charges are due and payable in full at the time of registration and are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Dental Savings Plan members will enjoy these tremendous savings for one full year, beginning on the registration date, with coverage expiring at the end of the membership year
Dental Savings Plan Exclusions & Limitations
- May not be combined with any other dental coverage
- Does not pay costs for a specialist referral, or for injuries covered under Workman’s Compensation
- Is not applicable to the costs of dental care that, in the sole opinion of the treating dental professionals, lies outside the realm of their areas of specialization
- Is not payable to any kind of hospital charges, or for costs covered under an automobile medical policy
