How to Find a Dentist – All About Beautiful Smiles
How do I find a great dentist?
When choosing a dentist, consider the following factors:
- Your comfort in the environment. Do you feel seen and heard?
- The dentist’s credentials, expertise, and experience. If you have a preference for certain schools, you could consider that as well. For instance, I attended University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League school, and had excellent training that I’m proud of.
- The team’s attentiveness. Are they engaged with you or merely presenting to you? Are they interested in you or just trying to be interesting?
It’s crucial to focus on the human connection because every dentist in Florida undergoes a rigorous exam process to obtain their license. I encourage you to read reviews online and ask friends about their dentists.
After doing all your due diligence, I invite you to look us up at All About Beautiful Smiles, come in for a visit, and experience the special care I’ve put together for my patients. I look forward to serving you.

Dentures – All About Beautiful Smiles
What are dentures?
Dentures are a way to replace some of your missing teeth or all of your missing teeth.
What type of dental professional would I see about getting dentures?
The kind of dental professional you see about getting dentures is a dentist, specifically one that is experienced with making and fitting dentures. Essentially, dentures are removable, restorative appliances that replace some or all missing teeth.
When would a dentist recommend getting dentures?
A dentist would recommend getting dentures when you have some or all of your teeth missing and dentures are the only option you can afford. However, there are many other options to replace missing teeth that could offer you more comfort and confidence.
What are some alternatives to dentures?
Some alternatives to dentures are more permanent options like implant retained dentures or implant retained bridges that are screwed on and can only be removed by a dental professional.
When would each of those be recommended, like implant?
The implant retained dentures or the implant retained bridge are recommended whenever you have enough bone to receive an implant. If you don’t have enough bone, depending on your finances, you might be left with only the option of dentures. However, there are many different financial payment options available that can help find a more retentive and comfortable solution for you.
Tell me what are some types of dentures that you can get?
Some types of dentures that you can get are partial dentures, which replace some of your missing teeth. You can have a flexible partial denture, a partial denture with some metal that helps to hold on to some of your existing teeth, or acrylic dentures that replace all your teeth. We also now have printed dentures that are very aesthetic and comfortable to wear.
How are dentures made and what material?
Dentures are made with several kinds of materials ranging from metal to acrylic to flexible acrylic. Depending on your needs, I can open you up to all the possibilities that there are in the denture world when you come in.
What happens during the dental denture placement?
During the dental denture placement procedure, using AI technology, I take a scan of your face and a photo impression of your mouth. This allows me to design a denture that fits your face perfectly. We then print that up and retrofit it into your mouth.

When would someone not be a good candidate for all-on-fours?
The only scenario when someone might not be a good candidate for all-on-fours is when they have had a lot of bone loss, particularly if they have been without teeth for a long time.
What steps are involved in an all-on-four procedure?
The All-on-Four procedure involves several steps, beginning with an initial visit where you will meet our team and familiarize yourself with the office. This is an opportunity for you to get comfortable with the team and be introduced to the technology we use. Our approach heavily relies on advanced AI technology, which is designed to tailor your new smile specifically to your features, rather than providing a generic set of teeth.
During your visit, we conduct a thorough assessment, which includes scanning your face and taking intraoral pictures (images of the inside of your mouth). We also perform a CT scan to plan your surgery meticulously. On the day of surgery, our goal is to ensure your comfort throughout the process. This procedure is often referred to as “teeth in a day” or “teeth in 24 hours,” thanks to the efficiency of modern technology. This technology allows us to design a smile that is uniquely yours, taking into account your facial features – such as your nose, mouth, eyes, ears, and hairline – to ensure a perfect fit.
After the surgery, you will have time to rest at home. The following day, you return to our office, where we will fit your new, transformational smile. This advanced approach ensures a smile that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also specifically designed for your individual facial structure.
What anesthesia options will be available to me for my all-on-four procedure?

To ensure their longevity and optimal performance, we recommend that you visit our office 2 to 3 times a year for professional maintenance and cleaning. Additionally, we provide tools and guidance for at-home care. During your visits, we will discuss the best practices for maintaining your implants, ensuring that your new smile remains in excellent condition.

The fully fixed option, known as PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate), is a more affordable entry into the All-on-Four treatment. Additionally, we offer zirconia implants, which represent the top-tier All-on-Four option.
The price of each type of implant differs, and we ensure that during your visit, you receive a comprehensive overview of each option. This includes an explanation of what each type of implant entails and their respective costs. This way, you can make an informed decision about which All-on-Four treatment best suits your needs and budget.

Perfecting Smiles with Dental Bonding
What is dental bonding and how might it benefit patients?
Dental bonding is a method used to replace any part of a tooth that may be missing for various reasons. It is designed to improve the appearance and functionality of the tooth.
When might a dentist recommend dental bonding?
A dentist would recommend dental bonding in cases where a tooth has decayed, causing a cavity, or when a tooth is fractured and needs repair. Dental bonding is also used when a tooth requires a crown but has so much of it missing that it needs to be built up first before placing a crown on top.
What are the pros and cons of dental bonding?
Dental bonding offers several benefits. It makes the tooth more aesthetically pleasing and replaces the missing part of a cavity, enabling better chewing. However, dental bonding has its limits. If a tooth is greatly damaged, bonding alone would not suffice and could compromise the tooth further. In such cases, a crown is necessary. Similarly, if you need to change the shape or color of a tooth, dental bonding might not be the most efficient option.
Will dental bonding match my natural tooth color?
Yes, dental bonding is tailored to match your natural tooth color. This is a significant advantage over historical methods such as silver fillings, which were quite noticeable. Modern technology has brought about some amazing materials for dental bonding that blend seamlessly with the natural tooth.
Can bonded teeth still get cavities?
Yes, bonded teeth can still get cavities. Maintenance is key here. There is an interface where the filling meets your natural tooth, and if this area is not kept clean and plaque-free, cavities can develop.
How does dental bonding compare to veneers?
Dental bonding and veneers can achieve similar results, but to varying degrees. A veneer would accomplish more than dental bonding can. For example, if you have a small fracture in the front tooth, dental bonding can handle that elegantly. However, if the missing part is larger, or if you need to change the color or shape of several teeth, I would recommend veneers instead of dental bonding.
Dental Bridges: A Solution for Missing Teeth
What is dental bridge work?
A dental bridge is used to replace one or several missing teeth. It is especially suitable for areas with insufficient bone for other tooth replacement options. A bridge utilizes the neighboring teeth for support, particularly when the missing tooth area includes a tooth with a failing large filling or requires a crown. Thus, a bridge not only replaces missing teeth but also helps protect and support adjacent teeth.
What is the difference between a bridge and dentures?
The primary difference between a bridge and dentures is that a bridge is fixed in your mouth, whereas dentures are removable. This makes bridges more convenient as they do not need to be taken in and out.
What are the pros and cons of dental bridges?
A significant advantage of dental bridges is their permanence in the mouth, eliminating the need for removal. However, a notable downside is the need for meticulous cleaning around the bridge. Regular flossing is not sufficient; special techniques, such as using a floss threader, are necessary to clean under the bridge and prevent decay on the anchoring teeth.
What are different types of dental bridges?
Dental bridges vary based on their location, the materials used, and their specific function. During a consultation, we can show you models to help you understand the type of bridge suitable for your needs.
What is a removable dental bridge versus a fixed dental bridge?
A removable dental bridge can be taken out and put back in, but this may be inconvenient. In contrast, a fixed dental bridge is permanently set, offering the convenience of ‘set it and forget it’.
What is a cantilever dental bridge?
A cantilever dental bridge is used to replace a missing tooth without affecting the adjacent tooth. It is similar to a regular bridge but only anchored on one side, often used in areas with low chewing pressure. It’s less common but a viable option in specific cases.
How can a dental bridge help those with gum disease?
For individuals with gum disease who have lost one or more teeth, dental bridges offer a solution for tooth replacement.
Is dental bridge work painful?
Dental bridge work can be a comfortable experience. Ensuring patient comfort is our first priority, leading to a pleasant procedure as reported by many of our patients.
What does the dental bridge placement procedure involve?
The procedure for placing a dental bridge involves preparing the teeth around the missing space, taking an impression, and then providing a temporary bridge. After a couple of weeks, the permanent bridge is fitted, cemented, and adjusted to ensure a perfect bite and tooth contact.
How long does a dental bridge last?
With proper home care and regular dental cleanings, a dental bridge can last a lifetime. We provide tips for maintaining your bridge and regular check-ups to address any potential issues promptly.

Are dental hygienists able to remove all tartar during a dental checkup?

Swift Relief with Emergency Dentistry
What is emergency dentistry?
Emergency dentistry is basically anything that keeps you up at night or during the day that has you focusing on something unpleasant in your mouth. It’s all about bringing you comfort.
When do I need to see an emergency dentist versus going to an emergency room?

You will need an emergency dental extraction when a tooth that needs to come out is really beginning to give you a lot of problems, especially when you get an abscess. Sometimes when you have an abscess, we might decide not to take the tooth out and place your antibiotics first. However, when the pain has gotten to a place that it really has your attention, then it’s a great time to get an extraction.
Why might I need an emergency root canal?
You might need an emergency root canal when the decay has gotten into the nerve of the tooth. When the decay hasn’t gotten into the nerve, you can get away with a filling. Revitalize Your Smile with Full Arch Dental Implants
What are full arch dental implants?
Full arch dental implants are essentially implants made from metal, typically titanium, which are not very tall, ranging between eight millimeters, sometimes even shorter, all the way to 15, 16, and even sometimes longer depending on where they’ve been attached to. They replace the root of the teeth. With the full arch dental implants, we place as many as the bone in your mouth allows so that then we can either place a bridge on top of that or have that hold a denture.
Who is a good candidate for full arch dental implants and who isn’t?
A great candidate for full arch dental implant is someone who has come to the end of the road with the health of their teeth and the teeth need to be taken out or someone that’s already missing all their teeth and wanting something that gives them more peace of mind. Those who are not qualified would be anyone that has been missing their teeth for a long time and as a result have unfortunately lost a lot of bone where we can’t place the implants. However, even in cases like that, we have remote anchorage where the implants can be placed.
What are the steps in the process for getting full arch dental implants?
The steps in the process of getting full arch dental implants include getting a CT scan so that your surgery can be planned, taking several pictures, both facial and intraoral, designing the final restoration, and then on the day of the surgery, getting you comfortable with sedation pills and gas, placing the implants, and placing the crown the same day, next day, or a few months later, depending on the case.
How long is a full arch dental implant procedure?
The full arch dental implant procedure takes anywhere from two hours if you’re just doing one arch. And if you’re doing both, it could be anywhere from four hours to five hours.
How long do full arch dental implants last?
Full arch dental implants could potentially last your lifetime. It all depends on your maintenance.
Will my new full arch implant teeth match the color of my old teeth?
Yes, your full mouth implants will match the color of your existing teeth. However, more often than not, most patients are not happy with whatever is on the other arch. We’ll help direct you on what shade to choose to best give you a beautiful smile.
What is the cost for a full arch dental implant?
The cost for a full arch dental implant varies. It depends on the amount of bone you have, the number of implants needed, and whether you need remote anchorage implants. When you come in, we can tell you exactly what the cost will be depending on what you present with.
Will insurance help cover the cost of full arch dental implants?

We also capture excellent intraoral pictures, feeding them into specialized software to assist in the smile design process.
Once we have these images, we develop an extensive treatment plan tailored to your needs. Part of this process involves arranging the financial aspects and scheduling all necessary appointments. When you come in for the procedure, we’ll temporize your mouth. This step ensures that you can still function and smile comfortably while waiting for your permanent restorations.
After this interim period, you’ll return to our office to receive your final restorations. These are designed to enable you to live your best life with more confidence, chew comfortably, and, as we like to say, smile passionately.Regarding anesthesia, the options available during the full mouth reconstruction process vary depending on each patient’s specific needs. We ensure that the chosen method of anesthesia is appropriate for the procedures being performed and is tailored to provide you with the most comfortable and safe experience possible.
What anesthesia options are available during the full mouth reconstruction process?
The anesthesia options available during a full mouth reconstruction process depend on what exactly is needed for each situation. Rest assured, you’ll be comfortable and if you feel any more anesthesia is needed, we have plenty and our aim is to ensure your comfort.
How long does it take to heal from a full mouth reconstruction?
Depending on the procedures you undergo, you can heal in days and at most, two weeks. The ultimate goal is to get you fully restored and comfortable with your new smile.
Will a full mouth reconstruction last for the rest of my life?
A full mouth reconstruction can indeed last you the rest of your life. This depends on maintenance, and the more attention and care you give to maintenance, the longer your restoration will serve you.
Are financing options available to help pay for a full mouth reconstruction?
Yes, financial arrangements are available to help you pay for a full mouth reconstruction. After drawing out a treatment plan, we’ll sit down with you to go through the different financial options available to you.
I hope your questions have been answered. If they haven’t, I’d like to invite you to come in for a free consultation for your full mouth reconstruction. You can reach us at (407) 290-9588. You can either call or text this number. I look forward to meeting you.
Overcoming Gingivitis
What is gingivitis?
Gingivitis is an inflammation of the gums that leads to the gums bleeding and looking swollen. If left unchecked, it can lead to further deterioration in the gum’s structure against the tooth or teeth. Essentially, it’s inflammation and bleeding of the gums, which if untreated, can lead to more serious conditions like losing the bone around the teeth, the teeth becoming loose and ultimately falling off.
What’s the difference between gingivitis and periodontitis?
The difference between gingivitis and periodontitis is that with gingivitis, you just have bleeding and swelling of the gums, and you haven’t had any bone loss. With periodontitis, you start to lose bone. The bone is what holds the teeth in the jaw, and that’s when you start having the teeth becoming loose and ultimately falling out. So, it’s important to prevent gingivitis from progressing to periodontitis.
What are the first symptoms of gingivitis?
The very first symptom of gingivitis is bleeding gums.
How dangerous is gingivitis?
Gingivitis is very dangerous because research has shown that some of the bacteria involved in gingivitis have contributed to lower birth weight in pregnant moms, early-onset dementia in adults, and many other medical concerns. These issues can be prevented by ensuring that gingivitis is eradicated.
Can you have gingivitis and periodontitis at the same time?
Yes, you can have gingivitis and periodontitis at the same time. You can have some areas where the inflammation and bone loss is advanced, and some areas where it’s not as severe. However, you don’t want either of the two conditions.
How do dentists treat gingivitis?
Dentists treat gingivitis by doing a thorough cleaning. This doesn’t require going too deep under the gums because there is no bone loss. The first thing you notice after a couple of days is that your gums are no longer bleeding, which is a positive sign.
How long does it take to cure gingivitis?
Gingivitis can be cured in a matter of days. Once the inflammation and swelling of the gums are cleaned and debrided, the irritants are no longer there, and the gum can heal itself naturally.
When should I schedule an appointment if I suspect I may have gingivitis?
If you suspect you have gingivitis, you should schedule an appointment immediately.
Transforming Gums for a Radiant You!
Why are healthy gums so important?
Healthy gums are so important because they are essentially the foundation of a beautiful smile, of a functional smile, and of a healthy well-being. They are the baseline ingredient to anything stunning that can happen in your mouth.
How can I tell if my gums are healthy or unhealthy?
One way you can tell if your gums are healthy or unhealthy is by checking if they bleed when you brush. Also, you can detect an odor. If you have been told there’s a particular pungent odor that you can’t seem to shake off, not even after brushing your teeth or using gum, mints, that could indicate your gums might not be healthy.
What causes unhealthy gums?
Unhealthy gums can be caused by three main factors. The first is poor oral hygiene, where you’re not taking your time to care for the brushing and flossing. The second is an increase in unhealthy bacteria in the mouth, especially when your immune system gets a hit and you’re feeling under the weather. The third cause could be hereditary, where you inherit gum disease.
Can unhealthy gums be fixed?
Absolutely, unhealthy gums can be fixed. That’s why we have you on a maintenance protocol, so that anything happening to destabilize a healthy mouth is quickly nipped in the bud.
What is involved in the process of deep cleaning of teeth?
The process of deep cleaning your teeth involves first getting you comfortable, either by giving you some nitrous gas or anesthesia to make you comfortable. Then, the hygienist uses an ultrasonic scaler that goes under your gums to flush out all the debris and inflammation. After that, sometimes she uses a hand instrument to really get into areas that she needs to feel to make sure it’s really nice and smooth. Finally, your teeth are polished, leaving you with that zingy, healthy mouth.
Why does it take more than one sitting for a dental cleaning?
At All About Beautiful Smiles, we do all your mouth in one sitting. The several sittings is an insurance thing. I don’t believe in following insurance stipulations. I believe in doing what’s best for the patient. Why would you clean one side of your mouth while you leave the other side uncleaned? That’s why we clean the whole mouth in one visit.
Is deep cleaning painful?
Deep cleaning doesn’t have to be painful. If you’re very sensitive, we get you comfortable with nitrous gas or anesthesia, so that you can be comfortable. In fact, a lot of our patients just fall asleep during the procedure.
What are the best ways to take care of my gums at home after a deep cleaning?
The best ways to take care of your gums at home after a deep cleaning is by using an electric toothbrush and investing your time in flossing. At All About Beautiful Smiles, we give our new patients a tip sheet to help you get into the habit of flossing.
At what point is gum grafting necessary?
Gum grafting is necessary when you have some gum recession, where your gum that usually comes up the neck of your teeth has gone down. We replace the missing gum so that in an aesthetic area, it looks good, and in an area where the gum has receded and it’s sensitive, you feel more comfortable.
If you have any more questions, please call or text our office at (407) 290-9588. My team is waiting to get you in.

What is the Un-Dental Experience
What is the On Dental experience and what does it mean to you?
The On Dental experience is a unique approach I’ve developed based on my experiences as a dental student. Instead of adhering to the traditional dental experience, it emphasizes on the patient’s five senses – sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing. This approach begins with a distinct office design that diverges from the usual dental office, with the aim of making patients feel comfortable.
We take into consideration the sense of smell by infusing our office with a specific white tea and thyme aroma. Touch is also a crucial factor; we respect personal boundaries and provide added comforts such as warm neck pillows and blankets to our patients. We enhance the taste experience by adding a hint of mint to our water. To minimize any potentially disturbing noises, we play instrumental music in the background.
In addition, we offer headsets loaded with relaxing hypnotherapy sessions, music, and Netflix for patients to indulge in. The ultimate goal of the On Dental experience is to create a relaxing and comfortable environment that encourages patients to look forward to their dental appointments rather than fear them.
Loose Dentures
If your dentures are loose and you think you have to use adhesive for the rest of your life, what do you do?
You don’t have to use adhesive for the rest of your life. There are other options.
Can a loose denture really stay in place?
Yes, there are few options. One is to use a little bit of glue to hold it in place.
Am I committed to denture adhesive for the rest of my life?
No, you don’t have to be committed to denture adhesive. There’s actually an answer. It’s implants. You can get your denture retained with implants.
Is there any hope for a loose denture to stay in my mouth?
Yes, there is hope. The denture can be retained with implants and there is no need for the use of adhesives.
Are you at the crossroad where you’re thinking there’s no hope for you? Where you’re thinking you’re fully doomed to a life of denture adhesive?
It doesn’t have to be that way. There are options like implants that can retain your dentures.
Can implants actually retain your denture?
Yes, implants can retain your denture. Once the denture is placed on the implants, it isn’t moving anywhere. You can bite into your foods comfortably, chew comfortably and not worry about adhesives anymore.
Can you go a step further where you don’t want the denture covering any part of your mouth?
Yes, you can have a bridge right on the ridge of your jaw that doesn’t cover any part of your mouth. It’s all porcelain and can only be taken out when you come in for your cleanings.
If you’ve ever wanted to do something about your dentures, is there a solution?
Yes, the good news is you can do something about your dentures. But it starts by you clicking below or calling so you can have that confident smile you’ve always dreamed of and be able to eat comfortably without the fear of your friends seeing your denture flop around.
Get Your Smile Back
Have you let your smile go? Can you describe what that feels like?
I can just feel it when a person comes into the office and their joy is gone, their zest for life is gone. They just don’t feel like they’re enough anymore and they think there’s no hope.
So, what’s your mission in this context?
Well I’m here today to let you know there is hope. You could have let your smile go because you were fearful of coming into the dentist, because you thought it was way above what you could afford or you thought there was no use. You’ve been to so many places and they told you well there’s nothing we can do about it. This is my mission in life. I’m here to connect you to the dental procedures and the services that can really help move you from where you are right now to where it is you want to be.
How do you go about creating a custom smile for someone?
Imagine you can just wave a wand and you can actually get the smile that you’ve always dreamed of. Why not? This is what I bring to the table for you and we go about it from creating a custom smile just for you before we even start anything. So how do we go about this? I know that fear might have held you back so we take baby steps to start with. How about we just start with a picture? I start with a picture. I take into consideration your eyes, your nose, your mouth, the shape of your face and then we create a beautiful smile for you that’s just for you and even before touching anything in your mouth. I actually try on the smile on you and you come to see what the possibilities are.
Isn’t it exciting, this process?
I know you think it’s exciting. I’d love to be able to do this for you. Every day I wake up I get to put on my smile. I turn around and I see my husband and I give him a smile. I see my kids and they receive the gift of my smile. I come into the office and my team see my smile. They feed off that energy. We go on and we impact the world and this is the gift I want to give to you.
So, what difference can a smile make?
Imagine what having your smile back can do for you. How can you walk into a room and light up the whole room and really own your truth and own the space you’re in and be all that you were made to be? Can you imagine that? It’s possible.

You can either click on the link provided below or call us to book an appointment. Let us guide you on your journey towards a more confident smile, more comfortable chewing, and more passionate kissing.
The Confident Smile
What is the most confident thing you can ever put on?
The most confident thing you can wear is your smile. An insecure smile is kryptonite to high performance. When a person meets you, the first thing they notice about you are your eyes, your smile, and your body language.
What is your smile saying about you?
Are you happy with what you think your smile is saying about you? Could it be that you have crooked teeth? Could it be spacing? Could it be that you don’t like the color of your teeth? What is it that you’re insecure about?
There could be many insecurities about a smile, but it’s crucial to remember that they can be fixed. For instance, crooked teeth can be made to look straighter, discolored teeth could be made to look whiter, spacing could be closed up, and missing teeth could be replaced.
Can you give us an example of how this transformation can impact someone’s life?
Absolutely. I recall a patient, Sue, who felt judged and sidelined because of her smile. She wasn’t interested in dating or being assertive at work. But, after she received treatment, she became more confident and assertive at work, and even found love.
What can people expect when they come to you for help with their smile?
At All About Beautiful Smiles, we help you smile more confidently. If you’re insecure about your smile, or if it’s causing you discomfort when you chew, we can help. My patients have told me that they even start kissing passionately after treatment.
How can people reach out to you for help?
If you’re ready to have that confident smile, or if you’re tired of whatever might be holding you back, you can call the number below or click the link below. We can help give you that confident smile that radiates who you really are and helps you step into all that you can be.
The Lesson of 20000 Smiles
Lesson One: Your smile really goes a long way
A smile does go a long way. You make buying decisions, dating decisions, and even hiring decisions with a smile. So ask yourself: How has your smile held you back? How has it affected you? Are you ready to change something about your smile? What is it that you want to change about your smile?
Lesson Two: It doesn’t get better when you don’t fix it
When you don’t fix it, it doesn’t get better. Anything that starts small and is overlooked gets bigger. Anything that you don’t nip in the bud gets worse. For instance, a gentleman came in who initially had challenges getting dental work done due to financial constraints. He returned three years later with what was once a small infection in his gums now spread all over his mouth, causing him to lose all his teeth. This experience taught me that what starts small can get big if not addressed early.
Lesson Three: Love is really a game changer
Love is a game changer. When you love how you look and are confident in how you come across, you’re more impactful. Yet, if you’re not feeling good about your appearance, it shows. You don’t come across as your best self. An example is Sally, who transformed her smile and as a result, her life. She’s more engaged with people, she’s dating again, and she loves her new smile. This has given her the confidence to fully experience life. When you love your smile, it’s a total game changer.
These are just the top three lessons I’ve learned from helping over 20,000 smiles. And we’re just getting started. Because I know that people like you, that I know we can help to create that confident smile where you can chew more comfortably and kiss more passionately.
Getting Your Perfect Smile
Do you think you have to be born with a perfect smile?
People aren’t always born with a perfect smile, or even a smile that optimizes their appearance. If you’re not satisfied with your smile, you can fix it. As a dentist, that’s what I do.
What’s the impact of a broken smile?
A broken smile has a greater impact than just physical appearance. It can hold you back from enjoying life and being confident. It can prevent you from stepping up and socializing with people. It can affect your overall life experience.
How do you help people improve their smile?
As a dentist, I help you remove whatever is holding you back. Many people who visit my office have a beautiful heart and want to do good in the world, but their smile holds them back. My goal is to give you a smile that truly reflects who you are.
What’s the process of fixing a broken smile?
We start by allowing you to ‘test drive’ your new smile. We take a picture of you, put it into our system and design a new smile based on your face, lips, eyes and nose. We then create a model of your new smile using a 3D printer.
What changes after fixing a broken smile?
Fixing a broken smile changes everything. It changes your energy and, as everything is energy, the energy you send out is what you attract. Improving your smile gives you confidence, which attracts positive energy.
What should someone do if they want to improve their smile?
If you want to transform your broken smile into a beautiful one, give us a call. Click the link below. We’ll be happy to help you chew more comfortably, smile more confidently and kiss more passionately.
Afraid of the Dentist?
Are you aware that 75% of adults are scared of going to the dentist?
Yes, I read a study that said 75% of adults fear the dentist.
Why do you think people fear going to the dentist?
I can understand why, from personal experience. I had a tooth pulled in dental school and it was a savage experience. They jabbed me with a needle for numbing, and even then, I didn’t quite get numb. They then proceeded to yank out my tooth. It was horrible.
How have you changed the dental experience for your patients?
When I got out of dental school, I knew I was going to do things differently. I created the On Dental experience. I made tools, like the dental bars, to make numbing easier. I also sought out compounded topical gel to help numb the area before introducing the needle.
What else is important in your practice?
Most importantly, I want my patients to feel heard and valued. I want to know what they want because I couldn’t serve them if I don’t know what they want. It’s all about listening to the patients and understanding what keeps them up at night, and what they desire the most.
How do you see your role in helping patients overcome their fear of the dentist?
I understand the fear that holds people back. I feel a heavy responsibility, which I actually see as a privilege, to help patients get over their fear so that they can get the care they need.
Can you share an example of a patient who overcame their fear of the dentist?
Yes, one of our patients was so scared of coming in for a first visit due to her past experiences. She drove into the parking lot and drove away, then drove back in. Now, she talks about how coming to us has been the best thing she’s ever done in her life. She’s living her best life now.
What is your message to those who are still scared of going to the dentist?
If you’re one of the 75% that’s scared of going to the dentist, this is your invitation to call us today. Let us serve you, so you can have a smile that makes you feel more confident, so you can chew more comfortably, and kiss more passionately.
Let’s Talk Crowns
What should I do if I’m unhappy with my dental crown?
If you are unhappy with your dental crown, whether it’s due to a faulty crown or an aesthetic issue, it is important to get it checked by a professional. This could be because of a grey appearance around your crown, a bad taste or smell, or any other discomfort.
What was wrong with Charlie’s dental crown?
Charlie, a patient, was sure that there was something wrong with his crown. Upon examination, I found that there was decay around the margin of the crown. This decay was causing a bad odor and taste.
What are some solutions for a grey appearance around the dental crown?
The grey appearance around the crown is usually due to the use of metal under the porcelain. Nowadays, I utilize gold instead of other metals as its warmth doesn’t appear as dark. If I don’t have to use metal, I use all porcelain to avoid the grey margin entirely.
What was Charlie’s experience after the decay on his crown was fixed?
After fixing the decay on Charlie’s crown, he felt much better and was surprised at how quickly the procedure was completed. I always call my patients to check on them after their procedures and Charlie’s feedback was very positive. In fact, his wife was so impressed with his experience that she decided to schedule her own appointment.
What can you offer for patients with issues on their dental crowns?
I can provide solutions for patients with faulty crowns or those who are unhappy with the appearance of their dental crowns. By addressing these issues, I aim to help you smile more confidently, chew more comfortably, and enhance your overall dental health. If you have any concerns with your dental crown, feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to assist.

We also provide Moringa, a herb that promotes healing.
What is the overall goal of these measures?
All of these measures aim to help you transition from being able to chew to a period of time when you need to take the pressure off while the implants heal. We strive to make this a comfortable transition for you.
So, is this what to expect at your first surgery visit?
Yes, this is what you should expect at your first surgery visit.
Dental Implant Options
What is an implant?
An implant can simply be thought of as an artificial root. It’s similar to a screw. An implant has three parts – the actual implant that goes inside the bone, the part that goes on top of the implant, and the crown, restoration, denture, or bridge that goes on what we call the abutment.
What does an implant look like?
An implant is small and looks similar to a screw. It consists of three parts – the implant that is inserted into the bone, a part that goes on top of that, and the crown or other restoration that goes on the abutment.
What problems can dental implants solve?
Dental implants can solve several problems. They can replace a single missing tooth. They can also be used to replace multiple teeth, in which case a bridge would be used. Dental implants can also be used to retain dentures for stability and retention.
How many implants are needed for a denture?
While two implants can be used to retain a denture, ideally, at least four should be used. This provides better stability and retention.
What is an implant-retained hybrid bridge?
An implant-retained hybrid bridge is used for replacing all your teeth and to give a superior full-mouth rehabilitation and a youthful facelift. This kind of implant restoration is screwed in and doesn’t come in and out. It can only be removed during regular hygiene cleanings. This is the most premium level of implant dentistry.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Are you considering cosmetic dentistry?
Yes, cosmetic dentistry can range from simple procedures such as teeth whitening to more complex ones like changing the shape of your teeth with veneers, crowns, or implants. It can greatly enhance your smile.
What kind of impact can cosmetic dentistry have?
Cosmetic dentistry can greatly improve a person’s confidence and overall life satisfaction. I’ve had the experience of helping a patient named Sue, who was unhappy with her smile due to a removable partial. After we provided her with crowns, veneers, and implants, she became much happier, even stating that she’s found the man of her dreams and her life has never been so beautiful and exciting.
What are some misconceptions about cosmetic dentistry?
One common myth is that cosmetic dentistry involves a lot. However, even a small 2% shift, such as teeth whitening or gum recontouring, can make a big difference in your appearance and confidence.
How should one choose a cosmetic dentist?
When choosing a cosmetic dentist, keep in mind three things. First, ensure your dentist isn’t giving you a cookie-cutter solution, but a custom smile that fits your unique facial features. Second, ask for before and after pictures to know what results you can expect. Lastly, read reviews from other patients to get insights into their experiences.
What can I expect from your dental office?
At our office, we offer a custom smile design that fits your face, before and after pictures of our work, and have over 300 five-star reviews from satisfied patients. We aim to help you smile confidently, chew comfortably, and kiss passionately.
What to Expect at your consult
Can you introduce yourself?
Hi, I’m Dr. St. Matthew Daniel and I want to talk to you today about what to expect at your first consult.
What kind of experience do you offer at All About Beautiful Smiles?
Here at All About Beautiful Smiles, we’re all about the On Dental experience. It is a carefully curated experience that really makes the whole process a delightful one, a departure from what you’re used to.
What’s the first step of the process?
First, you do your paperwork. We send you a link to make it really convenient and you can fill everything out before you come in so that your visit is expedited.
What can patients expect once they arrive at the office?
When you’re in the office, you get a tour of our facility. This is designed to help make you comfortable in your new environment. You’re able to see how we make all this happen, from taking your CT scans to produce computer generated surgical guides and how we help you to rehabilitate and get a beautiful smile.
What do patients learn at the end of the consult?
At the end of the consult, you will know exactly what you need. If you are a candidate for my method of implant dentistry, how much it is and how to make it affordable. It can be as low as $240 a month. However, you have to have good credit to get this kind of financing.
What if a patient doesn’t have great credit?
If you don’t have great credit, that’s not a problem. We’ve been able to help patients that were assisted by their parents or families. We can sit down with you and figure it all out.
What else should patients know before coming in?
You’ll know the length of treatment, when you can chew again. I also really encourage you to bring a loved one for two reasons. You really want someone in your corner, someone rooting for you and also this is a big journey. I love it when my patients come in with loved ones that they make financial decisions with so this way you can really hit the ground running when you come in. I hope this helped and I’ll see you when you come into the office.
Is Invisalign right for you?
Is Invisalign right for you?

You might have been considering Invisalign because you’ve seen others wearing it and wondered if it’s for you. You might be a good candidate.
Is Invisalign noticeable?
No, one of the benefits of Invisalign is that no one needs to know that you’re moving those teeth. They are a set of clear trays that help you move your teeth without anyone knowing.
Are they similar to traditional braces?
No, they’re not like traditional braces. They’re clear and they move your teeth without anyone needing to know you’re doing anything. You can wear them discreetly.

Yes, it can bring about significant changes. For instance, one of my patients who wanted to get into acting started using Invisalign and his life has opened up so much since then.
